Medina, OH
Medina combines newer neighborhoods with a meaningful share of older and character-rich homes, and the city’s median construction year is around 1981. That blend changes how we plan: some projects are straightforward modern remodels, and others require a careful touch to preserve original charm (especially trim, doors, and architectural proportions). We’re deliberate about matching aesthetics—whether it’s a deck that complements a classic exterior or flooring that feels period-appropriate while improving durability. And as always in Northeast Ohio, we build with freeze–thaw and moisture control in mind so exterior work holds up.
